The Hamoki STSK-207 is a high-volume wash station designed for busy commercial kitchens requiring speed and efficiency. With a substantial 2000mm width and 700mm depth, this unit maximizes throughput by offering two large central bowls (500x500x300mm), allowing operators to soak heavy-duty cookware in one bowl while washing in the other. The double drainer design provides dedicated clean and dirty areas, reducing cross-contamination risks and ensuring a smooth workflow for kitchen porters handling high quantities of tableware.
Built to withstand the rigours of daily professional use, the unit is fabricated with a reinforced base and fully welded seams to ensure stability. The bowls are constructed from premium 304-grade stainless steel, ensuring resistance to aggressive cleaning chemicals and physical impact. For installation flexibility, the sink is supplied flat-packed for easy access into restricted areas and features square legs with 30mm adjustable feet, allowing for precise levelling on uneven floors. The unit includes an inset allowance (80-100mm) at the rear to accommodate pipework.
