Hi Yvonne,Yes — the electriQ 10 Litre Smart App Alexa Desiccant Dehumidifier (model A2/DESD9LW) can be fully used manually without the smart app. It has a built-in control panel that lets you turn it on and off, select modes (dehumidifier, heater, air purifier, or smart mode), adjust fan speeds, set timers, and control the humidity level directly from the unit. The smart app and voice controls are optional and provide added convenience, but they are not required for normal operation.Thanks!

Is the HEPA filter cleanable, or would i have to replace it when the time comes? If so, how much are they please?

Hi Ravi, yes, you can attach a drainage hose to this dehumidifier for continuous drainage. The unit also has a HEPA filter, which cannot be washed and will need to be replaced approximately every three months under normal use. The mesh dust filter is washable and should be cleaned regularly to maintain airflow. For HEPA filter replacement, it costs £12.98.
