Ideal for small cafes, office staff rooms, and boutique guest houses, this unit processes 14 full place settings across nine specialised wash programmes. While it offers a larger capacity than standard domestic models, it is specifically optimised for professional longevity, with a commercial warranty valid for up to five wash cycles per day.
Constructed from premium-grade stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and hygiene, the Smeg ST323PM is engineered for installation flexibility. The unit features a 5.45kW Multiphase electrical system; while supplied for 3-phase connection as standard, it can be configured by a qualified engineer for 13A, 20A, or 32A single-phase supplies. For 32A configurations, the unit requires hardwiring to a suitable isolator. The 818mm height and 598mm width ensure standard under-counter fitment within commercial cabinetry.
Daily operation is streamlined through the patented Planetarium wash system, which uses a high-speed 65rpm spiralising spray to ensure no blind spots during the rinse cycle. Efficiency is further enhanced by the FlexiZone half-load function, allowing for reduced water and energy usage during off-peak periods. The unit includes a FlexiDuo moveable cutlery shelf and three wash baskets to accommodate various cookware sizes up to 300mm.
