Hi Clemens, yes, use the flame extinguisher to cover the burner hole until the fire dies out. Alternatively, in an emergency, use the flame controller to close the lid fully in a swift motion. If the fire has not yet been extinguished, repeat the previous step. Thank you.

Hi Paul, the suggested minimum room volume for this model is 44 cubic meters; this means it will give off a good amount of heat for comfort in your living room. Please keep a small window slightly open or the living room door ajar, so light ventilation keeps the air fresh and safe. Lastly, bioethanol fuel is widely available online and usually costs around £2-£3 per litre. It is easy to store and refill when needed. Thank you.

Hi,Yes, the AmberGlo AGL078 stove will physically fit into your alcove (44 cm deep stove into a 48 cm deep alcove), but due to the minimal depth clearance, you must ensure the surrounding walls and floor are non-combustible and that there is adequate airflow for heat dissipation.Thanks!

One full tank lasts up to 6 hours, using about 1.5 to 3 liters of fuel. The cost for a full burn is roughly £3.75 to £9.00, depending on fuel prices. It produces no smoke or ash but it’s best to use it in a well-ventilated room. Thanks!
