The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Question from AllanH: Asked on 11/11/2025 Can the flue be fitted at different angles. We are thinking of placing this item in the corner of our living room which means the flue will have to be aligned with a flat wall either to the left or the right of the heater.
Hi Allan, this is an electric stove with a decorative flue only, so it does not need to align with a real chimney. The flue comes fixed in position for styling, but since it is purely decorative, placing the stove in a corner with the flue running along a flat wall to the left or right is fine. Just ensure there is enough clearance around the unit and access to power. Thank you.

Hi Shell, this should not be placed directly on the carpet, as heat from the base and front air outlet may damage the carpet. For safe use, we recommend placing the stove on a stable, non-combustible surface such as a hearth plate or tile. Please ensure there is adequate clearance around the stove for ventilation. Hi,The 30?cm measurement shown on the diagram is actually the depth of the stove, not the height. The correct height of the AmberGlo AGL086 Electric Log Burner with Flue is approximately 136?cm, which is much taller than the 30?cm shown.Thanks!

Hi,The actual width of the AmberGlo AGL086 electric log burner is 152 cm, not 162 cm. The 162 cm measurement refers to the packaging size, which includes extra space for protective materials and the flue components. The product itself is 152 cm wide, 41 cm high, and 15 cm deep.Thanks!
