Important: Pipe Kit Required Please note that a standard 12K Pipe Kit is essential for the proper installation of this system, but it is sold separately. Ensure you have sourced your installation piping kit (Liquid 1/4" / Gas 3/8") prior to scheduling setup with an engineer. Maximum permissible refrigerant pipe length is 25m.
F-Gas Installation Required This unit contains R32 refrigerant and is fully covered by mandatory F-Gas regulations. It must be strictly installed and commissioned by an F-Gas-certified air conditioning engineer. The outdoor unit comes pre-charged; the indoor unit and connected pipework must be fully vacuumed and verified on site. Please instruct your technical installer to read the provided manual in full before starting work.

Hi, The AR12ARTX is supplied with a UK plug and requires a 220–240V~ 50Hz single-phase mains supply. Whether it can be connected via a fused spur from an existing circuit will depend on the property’s wiring and the installer’s assessment, so we recommend confirming this with the qualified air conditioning engineer before installation. It should not be connected using an extension lead.

Hi, The Samsung AR12ARTX does not include outdoor wall mounting brackets as standard. The installation manual shows that the outdoor unit can be mounted using wall brackets, but these are a separate accessory and would need to be purchased separately if required.
