F-Gas Installation Required To ensure a safe and optimal operational lifespan, this air conditioning system contains R32 refrigerant, is covered by strict F-Gas regulations, and must be legally installed and commissioned by an F-Gas certified air conditioning engineer. The outdoor condenser unit is factory pre-charged; the indoor unit and structural pipework must be vacuumed and commissioned on site before the refrigerant charge is released. Handling must only be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.

Hi, Yes, the Samsung AR40H12 is factory pre-charged with R32 refrigerant in the outdoor unit. During installation, the connecting pipework must be properly vacuumed before the factory charge is released into the system. The factory charge covers the manufacturer’s specified pipe length; additional refrigerant may be required if longer pipework is used. Installation and commissioning should be carried out by a qualified F-Gas engineer.
