Ensure you have purchased the correct size piping installation kit before booking your installation setup. Maximum allowed refrigerant pipe run distance is 25m.
F-Gas Installation Required To ensure safe and optimal operational lifespan, this air conditioning system contains R32 refrigerant, is covered by strict F-Gas regulations, and must be legally installed and commissioned by an F-Gas-certified air conditioning engineer. The outdoor condenser unit arrives pre-charged; the indoor unit and structural pipework must be vacuumed and commissioned on site. Please request your chosen installer to read the manual fully before starting installation.

Hi, the Samsung AR9ARTX is supplied for a UK 220–240V~ 50Hz single-phase supply and comes with a UK plug. The plug should use the manufacturer-specified fuse rating, while any additional circuit protection requirements should be confirmed by the installer based on the installation conditions. We recommend installation by a suitably qualified F-Gas engineer in line with the manufacturer’s requirements

Hi, The Samsung AR9ARTX is not a plug-and-play unit and requires installation by a suitably qualified F-Gas certified air conditioning engineer. As it is a split system containing R32 refrigerant, the indoor and outdoor units need to be professionally installed, connected and commissioned correctly. We would recommend arranging installation with a qualified installer to ensure it is fitted safely and in line with the manufacturer’s requirements.
