Its 10 litre stainless steel bowl accommodates up to 2kg of dry dough while the planetary mixing action reaches every area of the bowl, producing consistent results for light doughs, cake batters, whipped cream, mashed potato, icing and many other food preparation tasks. This unit is not suitable for hard / pizza doughs.
