Hi, The fridge on the Boss Grill Alabama Signature 6-Burner BBQ can remain outdoors year-round if it is covered to protect from rain, snow, and sun, and in freezing temperatures it is emptied, turned off, and the door left slightly open, with regular cleaning, seal checks, and use of a weatherproof outlet to ensure proper operation and longevity.
