Question from Dennis: Asked on 19/06/2026 Would like to use the airfryer setting on the CFD600 where do I find this and which oven as doesn't state this in the manual.
Hi, The CDA CFD600MB does include an AirFry function, and this is used in the main electric fan oven, not the top oven; it isn’t a separate cavity, but a cooking option within the main oven controls. You select AirFry using the main oven function/programme selector, and the oven then adjusts fan-assisted heat circulation to achieve air-frying results. It’s worth noting there isn’t a separate AirFry compartment or a standalone appliance feature — it operates through the main fan oven system — so if it’s not immediately obvious, it will be part of the main oven’s function settings rather than the grill or top oven controls.
Thank you.
Question from Dennis: Asked on 17/06/2026 Does the CDA cookers have a timer on it
Hi, Yes, the CDA CFD600MB includes a built-in digital oven timer and clock. It features a minute minder countdown function, allowing you to set cooking times and receive an audible alert when the time has finished. The timer is electronic and operated via the LED display and buttons on the control panel.
Thank you.
Question from Peter: Asked on 10/05/2026 Your spec says: "Requires a qualified electrician to wire this in". However I saw in another offer that the cooker can be plugged in. Can you please clarify?
Thanks
Hi Peter,The CDA CFD600MB cooker must be connected to a suitable cooker circuit by a qualified electrician; although some versions may have a plug, it is not designed to be used with a standard household socket and still requires proper installation on a dedicated supply. Thanks!
Question from Dani: Asked on 24/02/2026 Does the grill pan come with a handle to move the grill in and out? Thanks
Hi Dani,The CDA 60?cm Dual Fuel Cooker with Airfry (CFD600MB) comes with a grill pan and a detachable handle that allows you to safely slide the pan in and out of the oven or grill. The handle clips onto the pan for use and can be removed when not needed, ensuring you don’t have to touch the hot pan directly. Thanks!
Question from Mary: Asked on 22/11/2025 Does this cooker have a glass top?
Hi Mary,The CDA CFD600MB 60?cm Dual Fuel Cooker does not have a glass top. Its hob features traditional gas burners with enamel steel pan supports, rather than a smooth glass or ceramic surface. Thanks!
Question from John: Asked on 11/11/2025 How do I use the air fry function
Hi, To use the Air Fry function on your CDA CFD600MB, place the Air Fry tray in the recommended oven position, leaving space around the food for air to circulate. Arrange your food in a single layer and, if you wish, lightly coat it with a little oil for extra crispiness.
Then, turn the function selector to the Air Fry setting, set your preferred temperature and cooking time, and start the function. The cooker will circulate hot air evenly around the food to achieve a crispy, fried-style finish using less oil.
Thank you.
