Hi, The Hotpoint PetCare 10?kg Heat Pump Dryer (CHD103MWWUK) can be connected directly to a waste outlet using the supplied drain hose, so you don’t need to manually empty the water tank. The drain hose must be installed correctly, with a maximum height of 80?cm and kept free of kinks to ensure proper drainage.
