This electriQ hood has a contemporary look, made from quality stainless steel with a satin finish which is unbranded to coordinate perfectly with all your other appliances. 4 Speed settings
Both the extraction speed and the LED lighting are controlled by the glossy touch buttons on the front of the hood. There are three-speed settings enabling you to select a speed to suit what's cooking. The more odours and vapour, the higher the extraction speed.
Low noise
Operating at 59db this hood emits low noise. Quieter than your dishwasher it's easy to enjoy a meal in your kitchen whilst the hood is still operating.
Efficient filtration
With this electriQ hood, you have the option to extract or recirculate the air. This cooker hood comes fitted with an aluminium grease filter to effectively remove grease from the air. All electriQ cooker hoods have easy-to-clean, dishwasher-safe grease filters already included. We would recommend that these be replaced annually. If you are unable to vent the air out externally, the hood can be operated in recirculating air mode, using the optional carbon filter pack which will take away any odours. The carbon filter pack needs to be purchased separately.

Note: Some cooker hoods come with a blue protective film, please remove this before installation.

What do I particularly need to check to find if this new electriQ unit will be compatible with my existing extraction ducting, which I prefer not to have to also replace.

Hi, The electriQ 90?cm Stainless Steel Slimline Touch Control Cooker Hood will fit your existing setup as long as your duct is 150?mm in diameter and can run upwards to an external vent—it connects to rigid or flexible ducting, and if modification isn’t possible, it can operate in recirculation mode with carbon filters. You should also check that the hood’s dimensions (90?cm wide × 50?cm deep × 49?cm high, with a chimney adjustable from 485–820?mm) fit the space above your hob and under any cabinets, that the installation height is 65–75?cm above the hob, and that you have a standard 230?V power supply. Once these points are confirmed, the hood can replace your existing unit without major changes to your kitchen or ducting.

Hi Philip,For your electriQ 90?cm Slimline Touch Control Cooker Hood (EI?Q90TOUCHSLIMHEA), if you’re planning to use it in recirculating (no external venting) mode, you’ll need a carbon filter — common compatible options include the electriQ CF110 Carbon Filter Twin Pack (SKU eIQCF110) or the electriQ Carbon Filter pack CF130 (SKU eIQCF130), both designed to fit electriQ hoods and provide effective odour removal in non-ducted setups.Thanks!
