Hi Becky,The cut-out (niche) dimensions—560?mm wide × 360?mm high × 550?mm deep—refer to the space inside your cabinet, not the microwave’s internal cavity. That’s why the cut-out depth is much larger than the microwave’s external depth of 595?mm × 385?mm × 326?mm (W×H×D)—it allows room for ventilation, wiring, and easy installation. The microwave’s internal cavity (where food is placed) is smaller, at 301.5?mm × 219?mm × 302?mm (W×H×D), which is normal. So, it’s correct and intentional that the cut-out dimensions are bigger than the unit itself for a built-in installation.Thanks!
