Question from rowena: Asked on 15/05/2026 Is the electrical connection below 3kw on this cooker?
Hi, Yes — this model is rated at around 2kW and is supplied with a 13A plug, so it runs from a standard UK socket and is well below the 3kW threshold for a dedicated cooker circuit.
Thank you.
Question from Pamela Stott: Asked on 17/04/2026 Is this cooker primarily set up for Natural gas through the mains gas connection supply in the UK
Hi, The electriQ EQDFSC60BKv1 dual fuel cooker is designed to operate on UK mains natural gas (G20) as standard. It can also be converted to run on LPG (bottled gas) if required, using a conversion kit. The gas connection must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Thank you.
Question from Nicole: Asked on 01/04/2026 Does this cooker come with a hose that connects to a bayonet fit? Thanks
Hi, While the electriQ EQDFSC60BKv1 cooker is supplied with various accessories like a grill pan, wire shelves, and an anti-tilting kit, it does not include a gas hose, bayonet fitting, or electrical supply cable. The unit is typically supplied with LPG conversion jets to allow for bottled gas use, but the external connection hardware must be purchased separately to fit your specific kitchen setup. For safety and regulatory compliance, all installation and conversion work must be performed by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
Thank you.
