Hi, The Hansford Grande Electric Suite is an open-fronted electric fire (no glass front). The log fuel bed is fixed in place as part of the internal decorative effect and is not intended to be touched or moved. While it is not behind glass, the components are designed to remain within the fire unit and should not be handled.

Question from Hanson grande electric: Asked on 19/01/2026 Is the power cable behind the unit or does come out of the left,/right side
Hi, The power cable for the Be Modern Hansford Grande Electric Suite in Pearlescent Cashmere (FOL105307) comes out from the back of the unit, not from the left or right sides. This allows the unit to be placed flat against the wall with the cable exiting directly to the wall socket.
