Specially engineered to help prevent surface drying of seafood products, the cabinet combines Foster’s advanced Circulair air distribution system with precise refrigeration performance to maintain stable temperatures between -1°C and +1°C throughout the interior. The touch-sensitive Fuzzy Logic II controller includes an energy-saving ‘e’ mode and a high-visibility temperature display for simple daily operation.
