Question from s: Asked on 12/05/2026 the thinner shelf that is on top of the Lower freezer drawer, is that on runners and does it tay recessed when you open the bottom draw,
Hi, The freezer drawers in the Haier HTW5618ENMG are mounted on telescopic runners and fully extend for access. The thin panel above the lower drawer is not a separate sliding shelf and does not operate on runners independently. It is part of the internal drawer structure and remains fixed in position as part of the freezer compartment design when the drawer is opened.

Hi Joy,The Haier HTW5618ENMG fridge freezer does not have a built-in ice maker or a special ice cube compartment, but you can easily make ice by placing a standard ice cube tray in one of the freezer drawers.Thanks!

Hi Anne Marie,this model is just designed with three main glass shelves in the fridge section, plus the space above the salad drawers that can also be used for storage. So even though it might look like there should be four, having three shelves is completely normal for this fridge.Thanks!

Hi, To adjust the fridge temperature on the Haier HTW5618ENMG, press the K2 button to select the fridge compartment, then use the K1 or K8 buttons to set the temperature between 2°C and 8°C. The setting is saved automatically after a few seconds. The recommended temperature is 5°C.
