Hi, The cooking grids on the Boss Grill Forno 3-in-1 (IQBBQMULTI) are removable, as shown in the assembly instructions where they are fitted into the BBQ and can be taken out again. This means the cast iron grill plates can be lifted out once the BBQ has fully cooled, allowing them to be cleaned separately using warm soapy water and then dried thoroughly before being placed back in the BBQ.
