Hi, This MAE762CH sink is designed to fit a standard 800mm base unit, as the sink itself is 762mm wide and allows for the necessary installation clearance. The overflow is fully integrated within the sink and connects internally to the waste system underneath, so it does not extend beyond the sink’s footprint or require any additional cabinet width. Installation is a standard undermount fit, with the main consideration being sufficient internal space for pipework and proper support under the worktop.

Hi, The MAE762CH sink does not include built-in acoustic insulation, so noise reduction is basic and depends mainly on the stainless steel construction and installation method. It also does not feature a dedicated anti-condensation system, so proper sealing and correct plumbing installation are important to help prevent moisture buildup in the cabinet area.
