Hi, To heat food in the Panasonic NN-ST21QWBPQ microwave, simply place your food in a microwave-safe container and close the door. Then press the ‘Quick 30’ button—each press heats for 30 seconds at full power and starts immediately. If you want to set a specific time or power, press ‘Micro Power’ to choose the power level, enter the desired time, and press ‘Start’. By default, the microwave heats at full power.

Hi Pat,The Panasonic NN-ST21QWBPQ is a solo microwave and does not have a grill function. If you want a microwave that can grill, you would need a grill or combination microwave, such as models in Panasonic’s NN-GT or NN-CT series.Thanks!
