The Nuvello 100ltr convection oven is a versatile cooking solution for cafes, bars, bakeries and other professional kitchens. With capacity for up to four 1/1GN pans and a 2.5kW heating system, it is well suited to baking, roasting and general cooking applications where reliable capacity is required without taking up excessive kitchen space.
Heat is circulated throughout the 100-litre cavity by a single fan to provide consistent cooking temperatures. Manual dial controls make operation straightforward, with thermostatic temperature adjustment from 50°C to 250°C and a timer adjustable from 1 to 120 minutes. The double-glazed door and internal light allow cooking progress to be monitored while helping to retain heat, while the easy-grab side-opening door provides convenient access.
Constructed from stainless steel and glass, the Nuvello 100ltr is designed for everyday commercial use and is made in the UK. The oven measures 520(H) x 800(W) x 600(D)mm and operates from a 230V supply through its supplied 13A plug, allowing straightforward plug-in installation without hardwiring. A manual safety thermostat cut-out, rear-vented exhaust with removable deflector and user-replaceable door glass, bulb and seals support practical long-term operation. The oven is supplied with a 1-year manufacturer's parts warranty.
