Hi,Yes, you can remove the shelves in the freezer of your Hisense RB327N4WWE fridge-freezer. The freezer drawers can be fully pulled out and lifted to remove them, making cleaning or creating extra space easier. Additionally, the pull-out freezer tray or shelf above the drawers can also be taken out to accommodate taller items. Just be gentle when removing them, as some drawers have small retaining tabs, and note that the bottom drawer may be fixed and not removable.Thanks!
