Hi, The Russell Hobbs RH72DEO1002SS01 double oven has a removable glass door, allowing you to clean between the panes. The inner glass panel can be safely removed by releasing the retaining clips and sliding it out, after removing the small plastic cover at the top if needed. The glass should be handled carefully, cleaned while dry, and reinstalled correctly before using the oven.

Hi, Yes, this oven can be programmed to start at a set time and switch off automatically after a chosen cooking period. Please note that this automatic cooking function is available on the bottom oven only; the top oven operates manually and does not support automatic start or shut-off.
