The Smeg ST323PM is a semi-professional integrated dishwasher for small cafes, office staff rooms and guest houses with lower volumes. It washes 14 place settings per cycle across nine programmes, and the 16-minute Professional rapid cycle gives about 3 cycles, or approx 42 plates, per hour.
Installation and Connection
Hardwired, needs connecting by a qualified electrician. The 5.45kW multiphase supply is set for 3-phase as standard and can be configured by a qualified engineer for 13A, 20A or 32A single phase; 32A set-ups need hardwiring to a suitable isolator. It takes a cold or hot fill, has a fitted drain pump and Total Aquastop leak detection, and fits under a counter at 818mm high and 598mm wide. Your own furniture door is required, and a fixing kit is included.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Programmes are Soak, 60 Minutes, Eco, Auto, Mix, Intense, Hygiene, Rapid and Crystal, set from an electronic panel with a 3-digit LED display. FlexiZone half load cuts water and energy on lighter loads, and Dry Assist opens the door after the cycle. An integrated water softener, self-clean function and self-diagnosis fault warnings support daily running. It uses 10.5L of water per cycle and is rated at 42 dB(A).
