The whole cooking surface is divided into independent zones which have different temperature levels (low, medium, and high). You can alter the temperature by moving pots and pans from one zone to another, without touching any controls. From high heat searing to gently simmering, leave the cooking to us.
Automatic Functions - Boiling, Melting, Keep Warm, and Slow Cooking
Prevent pans from boiling over and food from sticking, with My Menu’s four automated functions. Melting, Boiling, Keep Warm, and Slow Cooking. Use Melting for chocolate and delicate sauces, Boiling to rapidly reach boiling point without spillages, Keep Warm for maintaining serving temperature, and Slow Cooking for low and gentle cooking.
Flexi Space
Join two cooking zones and obtain a wider area suitable to your larger pots or pans. Flexi Space provides an ideal cooking zone, where you can place saucepans from 12 to 24 cm diameter and shift them freely from one zone to another. The surface of the cooktop responds and adapts to the saucepans placed on it, activating heat only when it has detected the exact dimension.
Residual Heat Indicators
Residual Heat Indicators are an invaluable safety feature. The indicators light up to tell you if the surface of a ceramic hob is still hot, even after you have turned off the controls.
Touch Control
Hotpoint’s Touch Control hobs offer great performance as well as a sleek, easy-to-clean design. With precise temperature levels, control-lock for extra safety and automatic switch-off if there’s a large spillage, it’s fashion meeting function.
