Hi, It’s normal for laundry not to have a strong “fresh” smell with this type of modern washing machine, and it doesn’t indicate a fault. The Hisense 7S Series is designed to clean efficiently using less water and a thorough rinse, which removes more detergent residue — the part that usually holds fragrance — so clothes come out very clean but with a more neutral scent. Cleaning performance is still effective even without a strong smell, and if a stronger fragrance is preferred this can be achieved by using a more scented detergent or fabric conditioner.
