The PKN791E02E 80cm ceramic hob from Bosch features 4 different zones, touch controls, and residual heat indicators.
The 4 zones are all a little bit different giving you great flexibility. The small zone is great for small pans and simmering. The medium zone is for slightly bigger pans and a bit more heat and power. The rear left zone is an extendable zone ideal for pans and griddles that aren’t round, like a fish kettle. The front right dual zone is great for small pans and can then be expanded to heat very large pans and woks.
The touch controls on this Bosch hob make temperature selection easy. Each zone has 17 power levels with an LED read-out of the selected temperature stage. The controls are located at the front for accessibility. After you’re done, the PKN791E02E has a two-stage residual heat indicator for each zone that shows a large ‘H’ for a very hot zone and a small ‘h’ for a less hot zone.
For added safety this hob has an automatic safety shut off and a child lock.
