How to claim:

1. Buy a selected new Samsung product between 4th November – 1st December 2026.
2. Wait 30 days. You can claim from 30 to 60 days after your purchase date.
3. Claim online here and sign in to (or create) a free Samsung Account.
4. Enter your details and UK bank details. The bank account must be in your name.
5. Upload your proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number taken from the product's settings screen (not the box).
6. You'll get an update within 7 days of claiming. Once approved, your cashback is paid by bank transfer within 30 days.

Last date to claim: 29th January 2027 (for purchases made on 1st December 2026).

• UK & Isle of Man residents aged 18+. Excludes Channel Islands residents.
• Consumer purchases only. Excludes businesses, trade and purchases for resale.
• Products must be new. Excludes second-hand, refurbished and ex-display products, and free or giveaway products.
• Excludes purchases from auction sites, marketplace third-party sellers and non-approved resellers.
• Cashback equals the VAT shown on your proof of purchase. It is a promotional cashback paid by Samsung, not a VAT refund.
• Claims must be made 30–60 days after purchase. Late claims will not be accepted.
• Maximum 4 claims per household and one cashback payment per product.
• If you return or cancel your product, you must not claim, or you must cancel any claim already made.
