Hi, No, you don’t need Wi-Fi for this washing machine to work. You can use all the normal wash programs and features—like Cotton, Quick Wash, Hygiene Steam, and child lock—straight from the machine itself.
The Wi-Fi is only needed if you want to use the smart features, like controlling the machine from your phone, checking for issues through the SmartThings app, or using AI Energy Mode. Otherwise, it works perfectly fine without being connected to the internet.
