The AG4H is powered by natural gas and features a 3/4” BSP male inlet gas connection, requiring installation by a Gas Safe registered commercial engineer. Weighing 32kg, the unit provides a sturdy yet space-saving countertop solution. The enamelled pan supports are specifically designed to protect the burners while improving heat circulation around the base of the cookware, ensuring efficient operation during intensive service hours.
