Constructed in the UK from high-quality stainless steel, this boiling top is built for heavy-duty professional use and impressive reliability. The AG4HP is powered by LPG gas and features a 3/4” BSP male inlet gas connection, requiring installation by a Gas Safe registered commercial engineer. Weighing 32kg, its lightweight construction offers excellent portability for event caterers while maintaining the durability required for permanent countertop placement. The enamelled pan supports are designed to protect the burners while improving heat circulation around the base of the cookware.
Operator safety and hygiene are central to the AG4HP's design, featuring a built-in flame failure device and an easy-clean stainless steel exterior. Maintenance is simplified by removable pan supports and hob top sections, which speed up the cleaning process and reduce downtime between services. While designed for countertop use, the unit can be converted to a free-standing appliance with an optional stand (available separately).
