This modern wall-mounted fire is constructed with a modern stone effect surround, features two integrated LED downlights and three realistic LED flame settings to add to your rooms ambience. In addition, it comes with an accompanying remote control for ease of use and you can enjoy the ambiance of the flickering flames and lights - without the heat. With a light-up, open front fuel bed including logs or pebbles, you can mix and match your fuel bed's layout. Heat is emitted from vents underneath the top panel of the fire, allowing you to install a TV above.
Downlight Controls - Use the remote control to control the downlights. Simply, hold down the timer button for three seconds and then use the arrow keys to scroll through the colours.
The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

It has glass pebbles and different flame effects . The two side lights have different colours . My question is can you please stop the noise of the flame effect in the fire? Thankyou in advance
Hi, The flame effect in your AmberGlo fireplace is made with LED lights, so it’s silent. Any noise comes from a small internal fan or motor that moves the flames—this is normal and can’t be turned off. Heater and sound effects can be switched off, but the flame motion will still run quietly.

Hi, The AmberGlo 52-inch Stone-Effect Wall-Mounted Electric Fireplace can be mounted directly on a standard living room wall — a media wall is not required. It must be securely fixed to a solid wall; for plasterboard walls, fixings should go into studs or a reinforced section. No chimney or recess is needed, and it can be installed under a TV if there’s sufficient clearance. A nearby wall socket is required for the power cord.

Hi, The AmberGlo AGL089 52″ Stone-Effect Electric Fireplace is designed exclusively for wall mounting. It must be securely fixed to a wall using the supplied bracket and fixings. This unit is not designed for freestanding use, and placing it on the floor without proper wall support would be unsafe.

Hi, The AmberGlo AGL089 52-inch Stone-Effect Wall-Mounted Electric Fireplace does not have a built-in recess for the plug. The power cable exits from the back of the unit and must be connected to a standard wall socket. For a neat installation, the wall socket can be placed directly behind the fireplace so the cable is hidden, but the plug remains external and must remain accessible for safety and disconnection.

Hi, The AmberGlo 52" Stone-Effect Wall-Mounted Electric Fireplace must be securely mounted on a strong, load-bearing surface. It cannot be safely fixed directly to lightweight acoustic paneling alone, as the panels are unlikely to support the weight of the unit.
If your wall behind the panels has timber studs or a solid surface, the fireplace can be mounted by anchoring the bracket into those supports. Alternatively, reinforcement such as a plywood backing fixed to studs can be installed behind the paneling to provide a secure mounting surface. Simply attaching the fireplace to the acoustic panels themselves is not recommended due to safety risks.
