This wall-mounted fire is constructed with a modern white surround and features two integrated LED downlights and three realistic LED flame settings to add to your room’s ambience. The light-up, open front fuel bed which includes logs means you can mix and match your fuel bed's layout to suit your interior. Heat is emitted from vents underneath the top panel of the fire, allowing you to install a TV above to complete your media wall and you can even enjoy flickering flames and lights without the heat. Make changes from the comfort of your sofa with the included remote or the integrated switch manual controls on the fire. Why not use the innovative technology it has to offer and connect to your smartphone or even Alexa or Google? It's electric too, so there's no need for a chimney or flue – just plug it in and you're good to go.
Downlight Controls - Use the remote control to control the downlights. Simply, hold down the timer button for three seconds and then use the arrow keys to scroll through the colours.
The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Hi, this electric fireplace does not have a standard EU energy rating. It has a maximum power of 2000 W, and as an electric heater, it converts almost all the electricity it uses directly into heat. Thank you.

Hi Jessie, we are delighted to hear you love the fireplace! The unit can safely sit above a plug socket as long as ventilation is not blocked and the socket remains accessible. The power plug connects at the rear of the unit. You can place the decorative pebbles or logs provided in the front display, but do not use real wood or combustible materials. Thank you.

Our last fire was so noisy we couldn't hear the telly properly when it was switched on and if we only had the flame effect it hummed, which became annoying after a while. Admit, It was an old one so I'm hoping technology will have advanced so it runs quietly?
Hi Pat, this model can be used with or without the heater. When running the heater, there will be a low fan noise, but if you use the flame effect only, it operates quietly with minimal sound, making it much less intrusive while watching TV. Modern units like this have been designed to run efficiently and quietly compared to older models. Thank you.

Hi Dee, this unit must be wall-mounted. The height of the installation from the floor to the underneath of the unit must be a minimum of 300 mm. Failure to follow this can lead to the fire overheating. Thank you.

Hi,The AmberGlo 52-inch Oak Wall Mounted Electric Fireplace (AGL072) is designed to be mounted directly onto a flat, solid wall. It cannot be installed on plain plasterboard walls unless they are properly reinforced. The fireplace comes with the necessary fixings and will sit flush against the wall, with space to conceal the power cable behind the surround.Thanks!

Hi Susan,The AmberGlo AGL072 Electric Fireplace has a maximum heat output of 1.8 kW, and its running cost can be estimated at approximately £0.54 per hour when on full heat. When the flame effect is used without heat, the cost is significantly lower, at around £0.06 per hour. As with all electric heating, the fireplace is 100% efficient at converting electricity into heat.Thanks!
