This wall-mounted fire is constructed with a modern white surround and features two integrated LED downlights and three realistic LED flame settings to add to your room’s ambience. The light-up, open front fuel bed which includes logs means you can mix and match your fuel bed's layout to suit your interior. Heat is emitted from vents underneath the top panel of the fire, allowing you to install a TV above to complete your media wall and you can even enjoy flickering flames and lights without the heat. Make changes from the comfort of your sofa with the included remote or the integrated switch manual controls on the fire. Why not use the innovative technology it has to offer and connect to your smartphone or even Alexa or Google? It's electric too, so there's no need for a chimney or flue – just plug it in and you're good to go.
Downlight Controls - Use the remote control to control the downlights. Simply, hold down the timer button for three seconds and then use the arrow keys to scroll through the colours.
The TUYA Wi-Fi App - To control the fire using your phone, first you’ll need a stable Wi-Fi connection then you need to download the Tuya app; this controls the Wi-Fi and smart element. It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can even control via your voice-controlled smart speaker (e.g. Alexa, Google) to turn it on and off, ensuring that this is enabled first. Please note the fire is not voice activated unless connected to a smart speaker.

Hi Elaine, you can control this electric fireplace using the remote; you do not need to use WiFi. The WiFi function is an additional control method (via the Tuya app / smart home integration) rather than the only way to operate it. Thank you.

Hi Sam,Yes, you can install the electrical socket directly behind the fireplace unit, as the design includes an "empty space between the mantel and fire" specifically to conceal the plug once the unit is fitted; however, ensure the socket is mounted in a safe, accessible position that prevents the 1.5 m power cable (which exits from the bottom right) from being crushed, and confirm the wall has the necessary reinforcement before mounting.Thanks!

Hi Susan,The AmberGlo AGL072 Electric Fireplace has a maximum heat output of 1.8 kW, and its running cost can be estimated at approximately £0.54 per hour when on full heat. When the flame effect is used without heat, the cost is significantly lower, at around £0.06 per hour. As with all electric heating, the fireplace is 100% efficient at converting electricity into heat.Thanks!

This fire cannot be placed to a plaster board wall directly, the plaster board wall needs to be reinforced with furring channels to enhance its supporting ability before fixing the fireplace.
