Hi, The Arissa Chrome Overflow Bath Filler (ARCHBWOFILL) does not have any built-in taps or controls. It is simply a filler spout with overflow and click-clack waste. To operate it, a separate mixer or control valve must be installed to supply and control the hot and cold water. Without a mixer or valve connected, the filler cannot be turned on or used, as the unit itself does not have any mechanism for water flow or temperature control.
