Hi, The small connect pipe (flexible hose) for the Wave Matt Black Freestanding Bath Tap connects the tap to the water supply. According to the manual instructions, the connection to the tap is ½ inch BSP, and the connection to your supply pipe is 15 mm compression. This is the standard fitting for UK freestanding bath taps, so no special adapters are required unless your existing pipework is a different size.
