Question from Clare: Asked on 04/03/2026 Are you sure on the rear venting. It has vents in the front and other retailers say it can be integrated under counter?
Hi, The CDA CFWC304BL 19-bottle wine cooler is a freestanding under-counter unit, not a fully integrated appliance. While it fits neatly under a kitchen worktop, it requires rear and side ventilation and cannot be fully recessed into cabinetry without leaving clearance for airflow, as doing so could cause overheating. Although it has front vents, these do not make it a built-in front-vented unit. If placing it under a plinth, you must leave space at the back or provide a grille to allow proper ventilation. This is 100% a freestanding manual base unit, not an integrated model.
Thank you.
Question from Clare: Asked on 04/03/2026 Is this a compressor type of fridge?
Hi, The CDA CFWC304BL 19-bottle freestanding under-counter wine cooler is a compressor-type fridge. This means it uses a refrigeration compressor system to cool the wine efficiently, maintaining precise temperatures even in warmer rooms.
Thank you.
Question from Lindsay Trail: Asked on 25/01/2026 Can the height be changed as we have an 88cm gap please.
Hi Lindsay,The CDA CFWC304BL 19-bottle freestanding under-counter wine cooler has a standard height of about 82.5?cm, but its adjustable feet allow you to raise it up to approximately 88?cm, so it can fit into your 88?cm gap. Just ensure there’s a little clearance for ventilation and easy placement. Thanks!
Question from Rob: Asked on 19/01/2026 How long is the power cord on this fridge?
Hi, The CDA CFWC304BL 19-bottle under-counter wine cooler comes with a power cord that is 1.83 metres long, giving sufficient length to reach a standard wall socket for flexible placement.
Thank you.
Question from Tony Ryde: Asked on 13/12/2025 Can the shelves be adjusted so some can hold larger bottles if needed? Are they tilted to allow wine to touch the cork ?
Hi Tony,The CDA CFWC304BL 19-bottle wine cooler has fixed wooden slide-out shelves, which are not height-adjustable, so it cannot easily accommodate larger bottles without removing a shelf. The shelves are flat rather than tilted, meaning bottles lie horizontally but are not angled specifically to keep the wine in contact with the cork. Thanks!
Question from Lynne: Asked on 29/11/2025 Is this appliance integrated? We have a plinth below the space we want it to fit?
Hi Lynne,The CDA CFWC304BL is a freestanding wine cooler, not a fully integrated appliance. Because it requires rear ventilation, it shouldn’t be recessed into cabinetry or placed behind a plinth, as this could block airflow, cause overheating, or affect performance. If you want a cooler that fits neatly under your plinth, you’ll need a built-in or integrated model specifically designed for under-counter installation. Thanks!
Question from Deborah Price: Asked on 07/11/2025 Hi, what coooyr is the interior led light please. It seems blue in some photos and white in another. Thanks.
Hi Deborah,The CDA CFWC304BL wine cooler features white LED interior lighting. If it appears blue in some photos, that is likely due to camera settings, room lighting, or the tinted glass of the door, rather than the actual color of the LEDs.Thanks!
