Hi, The water collection tank on the Candy CSEC8LF-80 is located at the bottom front of the machine. It is accessed by opening the lower front kickplate/panel, where the tank can then be slid out forward for emptying. It is not located at the back of the appliance.

Hi, Yes — according to the official Candy manual, the CSEC8LF-80 does support continuous drainage via a drain hose kit, allowing the internal water tank to be bypassed. This connects to a suitable household waste pipe and operates via gravity, provided installation requirements are met.
