Hi, The LG DualCool Pro DCPRO-WZ18 does not require a connection to a mains water supply. It operates using electricity and refrigerant to provide heating and cooling. As with all air conditioning systems, condensation can be produced during operation, and this is managed through the condensate drainage provided as part of the installation. A water inlet connection is not required.
