Hi, The electriQ eIQAN60BLTOUCHHE cooker hood is designed to extract steam, grease and cooking odours and will reduce condensation when correctly installed, particularly in ducted-to-outside mode, but it will not completely eliminate moisture during cooking, especially with heavy boiling or frying; it should not drip onto the hob in normal use, and any dripping is not a product feature and is typically caused by installation or airflow issues such as incorrect ducting, lack of insulation, restricted airflow, or poor maintenance of the grease filters.

Hi, For the electriQ 60cm Angled Cooker Hood, we recommend installing it so that the bottom of the hood is at least 65?cm above your induction hob. This is the minimum height we specify to ensure the hood works safely and efficiently, capturing all cooking fumes and steam while providing enough space for comfortable cooking.

Hi, The electriQ 60cm Angled Cooker Hood (model eIQAN60BLTOUCHHE) can be installed either as a ducted hood, which vents air outside your home, or as a recirculating (ductless) hood, which filters and recirculates the air back into the kitchen. If you choose the recirculating option, carbon filters are required and sold separately.

Or is this only for when you need to remove the filter for cleaning? Asking as we have one that opens out, which is the opposite of what we want (came with the house). Thank you!
Hi Paulina, the front glass panel on this chimney hood does not need to be open for normal venting. Air is drawn through the grease filters underneath and expelled through the top vent or duct. The panel only needs to be opened or removed when accessing the filters for cleaning or maintenance. Thank you.

Hi, this chimney hood includes grease filters and an adjustable chimney section, but it does not come with a full ducting kit for air extraction.
