Question from William Turner: Asked on 11/08/2022 And how do you ignite the gas on this model

Answer from SamCarter: Answered on 12/08/2022

Hi William,

Thanks for getting in touch

There's a control on the front with a similar function to one you might find on a gas boiler

Hope this helps,
Sam

Question from Nicole Baker: Asked on 26/07/2022 Is it propane or butane?
Can I use either?
Thanks

Answer from SamCarter: Answered on 27/07/2022

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch

Propane is recommended for these as they have a propane regulator included, but you can use butane.

Hope this helps,
Sam
