Hi, Yes — this cooker can be plugged into a standard UK 13A household socket as it comes fitted with a normal 3-pin plug for the electrical functions. However, it is a dual fuel appliance, so while the electric oven functions plug in normally, the gas hob must be installed and connected by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.

Hi, The electriQ 60cm Dual Fuel Cooker (EQDFSC60BK) does not include a gas hose or pipe. The cooker will arrive ready for installation; however, the gas connection must be completed by a qualified Gas Safe engineer. This ensures the installation is safe, fully compliant with regulations.
In short, the cooker cannot be directly connected to your gas supply without a Gas Safe engineer fitting the appropriate hose and making the connection to your kitchen gas outlet.

Connecting the electric part yourself using the supplied plug, while ensuring correct and safe gas installation, does not invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty as long as installation follows the manufacturer’s instructions.

Hi Mark,The ElectriQ 60?cm Dual Fuel Cooker (model EQDFSC60BK) is only available in black. While ElectriQ does offer other dual-fuel cookers in different finishes, such as stainless steel or silver, this specific model does not come in any other colour.Thanks!
