Hi, For the Elica Fold 72?cm Canopy Cooker Hood (FOLD-GREY-80), only one charcoal filter is required and designed to fit for recirculation mode. It is normal that the second side does not accept a filter — the hood is not built to hold two. Please ensure the grease filter is removed and the charcoal filter is placed in the designated slot, as only that position is intended for it.

Hi,The Elica Fold 72cm Canopy Cooker Hood (FOLD-GREY-80) comes with a washable aluminium grease filter included, but charcoal or regenerable odour filters are not included. You only need to buy these separately if you plan to use the hood in recirculation mode instead of venting air outside.Thanks!
