Hi, The CDA 130 Litre Integrated Upright In-Column Freezer (FW582/3) is designed by the manufacturer for integrated installation only and must be fitted within a suitable kitchen housing unit with the correct ventilation and door fixing system; it is not designed or recommended for freestanding use, as it has unfinished sides and relies on cabinet integration for proper airflow and installation, and using it outside of these requirements would be outside the manufacturer’s instructions and may affect performance and warranty.

Does it get iced up ? And have to switch off and defrost/ scrape out ice !?
Hi,The CDA 130?Litre Integrated Upright Freezer (FW582/3) is a manual “low frost” model, so it will develop some ice over time, and you need to turn it off and defrost it manually whenever the frost becomes noticeable — this is normal and part of how the freezer works.Thanks!

Hi Kevin,The CDA 130 Litre Integrated Upright In-Column Freezer (FW582/3) does allow a kitchen cupboard door to be attached, but it uses a door-on-door fixing system rather than sliding door fixtures. This means your cupboard door is screwed directly onto the freezer door and both open together; sliding rails or runners are not included with this model.Thanks!
