Hi Kevin,The CDA 130 Litre Integrated Upright In-Column Freezer (FW582/3) does allow a kitchen cupboard door to be attached, but it uses a door-on-door fixing system rather than sliding door fixtures. This means your cupboard door is screwed directly onto the freezer door and both open together; sliding rails or runners are not included with this model.Thanks!
