Hi, After delivery, wait about 2 hours before plugging in your Hotpoint fridge freezer. Once on, let the fridge cool for 2–4 hours and the freezer for 4–6 hours before putting in any food.

Hi, To quickly freeze fresh food and preserve its quality, follow these steps:
Activate Fast Freeze Mode: Press the Fast Freeze or Super Freeze button on the control panel inside the fridge or freezer. This will rapidly lower the temperature to help maintain the freshness of your food.
Pre-Freeze Tip: For optimal performance, it's recommended to activate the Fast Freeze function 24 hours before placing fresh food into the freezer.
Placing Food: Arrange the food flat inside the freezer to ensure even freezing. Avoid overloading to allow proper air circulation.
Automatic Deactivation: The Fast Freeze function will automatically turn off after approximately 24 to 48 hours.
