Catalytic Cleaning
Catalytic lining absorbs grease and when the oven is heated to 200ºC deposits are softened and can then simply be wiped away.

Hi, The Hotpoint HTG6GDCB1 60cm Gas Cooker is a conventional gas oven and does not have a fan-assisted function. It relies on natural heat circulation rather than a fan to distribute heat.
