Hi Diane,The Haier HTR3518ENMTK fridge-freezer features a matte black finish on the front and sides, which is typically made of metal with a durable coating. While the matte surface is more fingerprint-resistant than glossy finishes, it can still show smudges and marks more noticeably than silver or white models. Silver tends to mask fingerprints better, and white hides smudges more effectively. Cleaning is straightforward with a microfiber cloth and mild soapy water, but the black finish may require more frequent cleaning to maintain its appearance.Thanks!
