Question from Marc: Asked on 09/05/2026 Can the fridge go on the other side?
Hi Marc,No, the fridge can’t be moved to the other side because it’s built as a fixed modular section within the BBQ unit, so its position is pre-set in the design and isn’t reversible without redesigning the whole layout. Thanks!
Question from Jon Owen: Asked on 29/04/2026 What is the litreage on this fridge will
White wine bottles need to be vertical or can they be horizontal?
Hi, The IQBBQHFR (BG-65) integrated drinks cooler has a 60-litre storage capacity and is designed as a standard beverage fridge with internal shelving intended for upright storage of bottles and cans. According to the manual, each shelf is designed to hold two rows of drinks bottles, with storage based on traditional 750ml bottles positioned flat on the shelves for cooling efficiency; however, in practical use the unit is configured for upright (vertical) bottle storage, and it does not include wine racking or any provision for horizontal bottle storage, meaning white wine bottles should be stored vertically only.
Thank you.
Question from Joanne: Asked on 05/03/2026 Hi there, can you use the BBQ up against a wall?
Hi Joanne,You should not place the Boss Grill Premium Modular 6 Burner Built-In BBQ (IQBBQHFR) directly against a wall while in use. It requires adequate clearance behind and around it to allow heat and combustion gases to dissipate safely. If installing it into a built-in outdoor kitchen, ensure the enclosure provides proper ventilation and meets the manufacturer’s specified clearances to prevent fire hazards and ensure safe operation. Thanks!
Question from Stewart: Asked on 08/02/2026 Can you cook on charcoal using insert tray
Hi Stewart,You cannot safely cook with charcoal in the Boss Grill Premium Modular 6 Burner Built-In BBQ with Fridge (IQBBQHFR) using just an insert tray, because it is designed exclusively for gas cooking; the grill’s structure, airflow, and components are not made to handle burning charcoal, and attempting to do so could be unsafe or damage the unit. Thanks!
