Hi, The grease collection tray on this model is located underneath the main body toward the rear of the BBQ and is designed to be accessed and removed from the back of the unit for emptying.

Hi, The Boss Grill Alabama Modular Outdoor Kitchen (IQBBQKIT6BL) uses LPG (propane) at 37 mbar with a standard UK clip-on regulator and hose. As per the manufacturer’s instructions, the gas cylinder must not be stored inside the BBQ cabinet or any compartment and must instead be kept outside the unit on level, well-ventilated ground and connected externally. The unit does not have an integrated pizza oven or mounting system, so a pizza oven cannot be fitted to the grill and would need to be used as a separate freestanding appliance nearby.

Hi Andy,The Boss Grill Alabama Modular Outdoor Kitchen is composed of two separate units: a sink unit with a width of 91 cm and a 6-burner gas BBQ unit with a width of 113 cm. When placed side by side, the total width of the full unit is 204 cm.Thanks!
