A space-saving solution
Unlike conventional split air conditioners that require a separate outdoor compressor unit for every room, this advanced multi-split air conditioner system is designed to power five rooms from a single outdoor compressor.
This saves on expensive installation and running costs and keeps the outside of your property attractive and clutter-free. Plus, each indoor unit has a separate remote control, allowing for individual control of each indoor unit.

Cooling & heating, all year round
The electriQ iQool Multi-split range offers versatile climate control for both winter & summer, featuring heating and cooling modes.
The built-in dehumidifier helps to remove excess moisture from the air for better air quality and extra comfort, and it's great for drying your laundry when it's raining out.
This electriQ multi-split air con system also has an impressive 5-year warranty for your peace of mind.

Unrivalled performance
This cost-effective, energy-efficient system will economically cool or heat rooms up to 120 sqm in size, and is perfect for both homes & offices. It boasts the very latest Inverter technology that will reduce or increase the compressor speed according to fluctuation in temperature dependent on your required heating and cooling levels, saving you between 40% - 60% on your energy bill when compared with a non-inverter equivalent which has fixed compressor speed. It also has the added advantage of being exceptionally quiet so you'll forget it's even there.
Customise your comfort & save energy
Don't waste energy heating unoccupied spaces with central heating. Create different temperature zones within your home for truly personalised, efficient cooling & heating that's optimised for the areas in your home that you use the most. Heating by heat pump is up to 4 times more efficient than electric heating. It's also exceptionally quiet, so you'll forget it's even there.
This wall-split AC operates at an average cost of about 85p per hour. However, thanks to its variable compressor speed, it can potentially use as little as 16p.

Our units are designed to reduce the installation time. The indoor and outdoor units are pre-gassed and sealed and they come with a pre-flared pipekit enabling the qualified fitter to install them easily. The indoor units should be fitted to the wall using the mounting plate supplied in the box. The condenser should be fixed on the ground or wall-mounted on the outside of the wall with the optional wall-mounting bracket. The unit is supplied with a 5-metre copper pipe that will reduce the need to purchase additional parts. It is also supplied with an electrical cable.
Useful information
The unit must be installed by a F-Gas qualified AC engineer. Please ensure the qualified fitter reads the user manual in full before installing. These units contain a gas governed by F-Gas regulations. The gas must be handled by qualified F-Gas personnel. 2 year warranty is subject to commissioning by qualified F-Gas engineers. 5 5-year extended parts warranty is subject to annual service. Further information on the requirements and ensuring the engineer is qualified can be found at: Government Guidance
Note: To reduce the Global Warming Potential, the outdoor unit footprint and provide extra energy savings; our outdoor units have a rating lower than the sum of indoor units BTU. Please note this will not affect the cooling or heating in individual rooms as those units are variable cooling inverters and they balance the cooling or heating power among the indoor units to achieve the target temperature in the shortest time. Please ensure you size the rooms per our guidance or call for tech support.

Question from jason lever: Asked on 16/07/2025 Can you tell me what supply is needed to the outside unit?
Hi,The electriQ iQool Multi-Split 5 x 12,000 BTU Smart Wall-Mounted Heat Pump Air Conditioner Bundle requires a standard 220–240V~, 50Hz, single-phase (1Ph) power supply. Indoor units are wall-mounted with included plates, and the outdoor unit can be ground or wall-mounted (optional bracket). Each unit comes with a 5-meter copper pipe and electrical cable. Installation by an F-Gas qualified air conditioning engineer is mandatory due to refrigerant handling and for warranty validity. Thanks!
Hi, The external/outdoor unit supplies the power to the internal units. This sytem requires a rotary isolator switch with minimum fuse size of 40 AMP. Thanks!
Question from Mel: Asked on 14/07/2025 Does it matter where in a room the unit is installed, what are the dos and don’ts please?
Hi, from where you install the indoor units in a room definitely matters to ensure optimal performance and comfort. Here are some dos and don’ts for installation placement:
Dos:
Install high on the wall: Mount the unit near the ceiling because cool air naturally sinks, so this helps with better air circulation throughout the room.
Keep units away from heat sources: Avoid placing near ovens, radiators, direct sunlight, or other heat-generating appliances to ensure accurate temperature control.
Ensure unobstructed airflow: Position the unit so the air can flow freely across the room without obstacles like furniture, curtains, or shelves blocking it.
Allow access for maintenance: Leave enough space around the unit for easy cleaning and servicing.
Consider room layout: Place the units to cover the main living areas evenly, avoiding corners or behind large objects.
Follow manufacturer’s guidelines: Use the installation manual's recommended height and distance from walls and ceiling.
Don’ts:
Don’t install too low: Avoid placing the unit near floor level as this reduces efficiency and cooling/heating effectiveness.
Don’t block air intake or outlet: Don’t place anything directly in front of the air vents.
Don’t install near doors or windows: Avoid locations where doors or windows are frequently opened to prevent loss of conditioned air.
Don’t place in direct sunlight: This can cause the sensor to misread room temperature and lead to inefficient operation.
Don’t place near sources of dust or grease: Avoid kitchen areas with cooking fumes or dusty workshops.
Thanks!
